Freshwater Bay offers spectacular paddling with remote coves, caves, creeks, sheltered harbours, sea stacks and the Needles not far away. Sheltered and rough waters in exposed tidal races all round the Isle of Wight provide a variety of trips to accommodate every taste.

You can choose to develop your sea kayak skills with a top sea kayak coach or take a tour with an experienced Isle of Wight guide. Different routes and challenges mean that you can push yourself as hard as you wish.

Wet or dry
Coasteering is an extreme sport but as long as you can swim it’s an extreme sport for everyone. Snorkelling takes you below the surface of the clear waters. Paddle boarding courses and trips may be calm introductions or extreme madness in the Isle of Wight surf. The choice is yours.

For the Robin Hood and Maid Marion, archery hits the target with accuracy and style. Games and challenges keep you on your toes
and reveal the Isle of Wight master archer.

a souvenir shop, restaurants, B&Bs, and self-catering apartments
