Wessex Cancer Trust
WCT offers effective local support and information for all people
living with, or affected by, cancer.

Sophie Rolf Trust
SRT works with the Earl Mountbatten Hospice to develop services for Island children
with life-shortening illnesses.

Earl Mountbatten Hospice
EMH provides Islanders with end-of-life care together with vital help and advice
for their families, friends and carers.

Freshwater Independent Lifeboat 
Freshwater’s sea-rescue organisation, independent of the RNLI,
is staffed entirely by volunteers and raises all its own funds

The Lantern Community at Seahorses
The Lantern Community offers life-enhancing opportunities for adults with learning difficulties.
Seahorses guest house and self-catering cottage provides a home , fulfilling work,
friendship and inspiration through mutual support

 Julia Margaret Cameron Trust
Dimbola Museum, at Mrs Cameron’s former home at Freshwater Bay, is dedicated to the life and work
of the celebrated Victorian pioneer photographer.
